On May 21, Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning (UC Berkeley) held it’s awards ceremony at Blake Garden. This timelapse was recorded from the roof of the Blake House garage looking south-west towards the event lawn.

On May 16th, the Conservation Resource Studies (UC Berkeley) held it’s graduation at Blake Garden. This timelapse records the reception in the formal garden.

This timelapse was recorded from “midnight to midnight” on May 14 from Blake Garden in Kensington, Ca. The view is to the east across San Francisco Bay. Albany Hill is in the middle right part of the frame, and behind it is the Albany Bulb.

A time-lapse of the Blake Garden formal garden reflection pool and grotto taken from 8:47am to 4:42pm on Friday (02/20/09). Capture was set to 1 frame every 30 seconds. Sequence rendered at 12fps  (frames per second).

On January 27, 2009 the Weed Warriors spent a couple of hours eradicating thorn-less blackberries along the upper side of the creek in Blake Garden. Their fantastic efforts were captured using timelapse photography:

This timelapse video was recorded on Saturday November 1, 2008 from a camera in the head house at Blake Garden. It shows a daylighted portion of El Cerrito Creek that is being impacted by rainwater runoff. This was the first substantial accumulation of the rainy season. A total of 2.5 inches of rain fell on Blake Garden.

Note: 3 surges occur at 11:21am, 1:56pm and just before dusk at 5:26pm. A white and red surveying stick marked with 1 foot increments was positioned on the creek bed. At surges level rises nearly one foot.
